Our family managed bed and breakfast is in an excellent location with a wonderful view to the Kitzsteinhorn, which you can enjoy during your breakfast from our new builded and designed breakfastroom.

Further more you can use a common room with SAT-TV, a special skiroom with shoe-dryer, parking place for your car and a terrace with a incredible view to the glacier.

The busstop to the Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Zell am See is only about 100 meters away from our house.
In winter you can use a free bus service, which takes you every 15 minutes to the lifts - so you can perfectly safe also your car an experience of holiday.

- 2010: the face of building including windows and doors
- 2011: the bathing rooms
- 2014: terrace, outdoor facilities and toilets in the cellar
- 2015: new beds (bed base+mattress) and HD-Flat-TV
